Homicide Squad detectives charged the 53-year-old woman on Friday, 24 July, following an investigation into the January 2024 death.
Police found the man badly injured on Yarram-Morwell Road about 3pm on Tuesday, 16 January 2024.
Investigators said the people involved knew each other.
