Rosebud Hospital parking fees will begin on Tuesday, 27 October, with The Mornington Centre also introducing charges.
Bayside Health Peninsula’s published rates provide 30 minutes free, followed by charges of $11 for up to one hour and a maximum of $19 a day.
The health service says paid parking will support car park maintenance, improve access and reduce misuse of limited spaces.

| Up to one hour | $11 | $6 |
| Daily maximum, over four hours | $19 | $10 |

How To Pay For Parking
Bayside Health Peninsula’s EasyPark guide lists payment through the app or by card at a parking meter.
Motorists enter their vehicle registration when paying, with no paper ticket required.
The guide also links to an online portal where people can apply for and manage digital parking permits. It says concession permit holders receive discounted parking through both meters and the EasyPark app.
Applying For A Concession Permit
The concession application guide identifies valid healthcare, pension or veterans’ cards as eligibility requirements.
Applicants create an account, verify their email and select a concession permit application. They then provide their details, supporting documents and vehicle registration before submitting it.
Applicants can track progress through the portal or email. Vehicle details can also be updated online.
Separately, the main parking page directs concession card holders to the Peninsula University Hospital cashier at main reception.
Residents can check the full parking rates and payment and permit instructions before visiting.
