Woman Charged Over Criminal Damage in Rosebud

A woman has been charged over the alleged vandalism of three vehicles in Rosebud last month, causing an estimated $20,000 in damage. Police say she will face Dromana Magistrates’ Court in September.

A woman has been charged over the alleged vandalism of three vehicles in Rosebud last month.

Victoria Police allege the incident occurred about 3 am on 25 July 2025, when the woman left a licensed premises on Point Nepean Road and damaged panels on three separate cars.

Police released CCTV images on 11 August, prompting a public appeal for information. STPL News reported on the appeal earlier this week, after police estimated the damage at around $20,000 and urged anyone with information to come forward.

According to police, the woman attended Rosebud police station on 14 August 2025. She was charged with three counts of criminal damage and granted bail.

She is expected to appear at Dromana Magistrates’ Court on 4 September 2025.
