Police appeal for assistance as multiple outstanding warrants remain active
Overview
Police are seeking public assistance to help locate several people wanted on warrant across Melbourne’s South East, including Frankston and Mornington Peninsula. The individuals are listed on the Crime Stoppers Victoria website and remain outstanding for a range of alleged offences such as burglary, theft, failing to answer bail, contravening community corrections orders, drug-related offending and criminal damage.
Authorities say all remain persons of interest and are known to frequent locations across the Frankston and Mornington Peninsula region.
Langwarrin
David Raby

David Raby, 44, is wanted for failing to answer bail, contravening a community corrections order and theft of a motor vehicle. Eight warrants have been issued for his arrest. He is known to frequent the Langwarrin area.
Rosebud
John Bramich

John Bramich, 39, is wanted for failing to answer bail, breaching a community corrections order and trafficking methylamphetamine. Eight warrants are active for his arrest. He is known to frequent the Rosebud area.
Frankston
Carrie-Anne O’Donnell

Carrie-Anne O’Donnell, 47, is wanted for failing to answer bail, aggravated burglary and obtaining property by deception. Fifteen warrants have been issued for her arrest. O’Donnell is known to frequent the Frankston area.
Shaye Skan

Shaye Skan, 31, is sought over burglary, theft of a motor vehicle and obtaining property by deception. Six warrants have been issued for her arrest. She is known to frequent the Frankston area.
Lauren Nicholls

Lauren Nicholls, 26, is wanted for burglary, theft of a motor vehicle and criminal damage. Six warrants are active for her arrest. She is known to frequent the Frankston area.
Edward Lesjak

Edward Lesjak, 55, is wanted for theft, failing to provide an oral fluid sample and driving with a prescribed concentration of drug. Five warrants have been issued for his arrest. Lesjak is known to frequent the Frankston area.
Nicola Sharkey

Nicola Sharkey, 24, is wanted for burglary, theft and possessing methylamphetamine. Eight warrants have been issued for her arrest. She is known to frequent the Frankston area.
Matthew Stuart

Matthew Stuart, 57, is wanted for failing to answer bail, recklessly causing injury and criminal damage. Nine warrants have been issued for his arrest. Stuart is known to frequent the Frankston area.
