Police are appealing for public assistance after an assault in Rosebud on Saturday afternoon left a man with significant injuries to his leg.
The incident occurred at about 5:00pm on Saturday 28 February 2026 at the intersection of McCombe Street and Thomas Street, police said.
White car driver may have filmed incident
Police investigators believe an unknown member of the public, travelling in a white car, witnessed the incident and filmed it on their phone.
Police are asking that person, and any other witnesses, to come forward.
Police seeking CCTV and dash-cam footage
Police are seeking witnesses and anyone who has video recordings, CCTV, or dash-cam footage from the area around the time of the incident.
