MELBOURNE — Police are seeking public assistance to locate missing Frankston man Phouc, who has not been seen since Friday evening.
The 77-year-old was last spotted around 5.10pm on Friday, 18 July, near the intersection of Exhibition and Bourke streets in Melbourne’s CBD. Authorities hold serious concerns for his welfare, as he suffers from dementia and is believed to have spent the night exposed to the elements.
Phouc is described as being approximately 160cm tall with a medium build and short grey hair. At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing a black Holden-logo cap, a black puffer jacket, grey track pants and brown suede shoes.
Police have released images of Phouc to assist in the search and are urging anyone who may have seen him or has information about his whereabouts to come forward.
