Seaford Man Charged Following Nazi Salute, Paraphernalia, and Threats in Frankston

A 41-year-old Seaford man has been charged following an incident in Frankston on Thursday involving the display of Nazi symbols, a Nazi salute, and threats against a police officer.

The man was reportedly wearing a hat featuring the Nazi symbol when he allegedly threatened a male police officer outside the Frankston Police Station. It is further alleged that he performed the Nazi salute during the confrontation.

Frankston Crime Investigation Unit officers promptly launched an investigation and arrested the man later that afternoon.

He has been charged with several offences, including:

  • Intentionally displaying the Nazi symbol
  • Making threats to kill
  • Intimidating a law enforcement officer
  • Threatening to assault police

The man was granted bail and is scheduled to appear in the Frankston Magistrates’ Court on 19 December.

Authorities have not released further details at this time.
