A Liberal-authorised anti-One Nation flyer has surfaced in the Nepean by-election, exposing a campaign tactic aimed squarely at cutting off support for Darren Hercus.
The flyer, obtained by STPL News, asks voters: “Thinking of voting ONE NATION?” It then pivots into a direct attack, questioning whether the party can deliver “the things we need here”.
This is not a Liberal policy pitch. It is a Liberal hit job aimed at voters considering One Nation.

Flyer Targets One Nation Voters
Inside, the material asks whether One Nation has ever built a hospital, built a road, led a state, delivered a budget or made a government program work.
Each point is marked with a cross.
The design uses One Nation’s familiar orange-and-white presentation, while the authorisation identifies it as Liberal Party material.
Darren Hercus Fires Back

One Nation candidate Darren Hercus said the flyer showed exactly how worried the Liberals have become.
The Liberal Party has written and authorised a flyer in One Nation colours stating that One Nation “won’t be able to deliver the things we need here”, well the way the Liberal Party is currently self destructing they’ll be lucky to be able to deliver anything ever again.
A Campaign Under Pressure
What stands out is the tactic itself.
The Liberal Party has chosen to package its attack in One Nation colours while clearly stamping its own authorisation on the material. The target is obvious.
The message is clear. The Liberal camp is deeply concerned about Darren Hercus. Concerned enough, in fact, to resort to dirty tactics that reek of desperation from a party fighting to hold ground in Nepean, and more broadly, a party under pressure across Victoria and nationally.
