Dromana Teen Charged with Series of Burglaries on the Peninsula

An 18-year-old Dromana male has been charged with 42 offences, including burglary and theft, following a six-month investigation into commercial burglaries on the Mornington Peninsula.

Investigators from the Mornington Peninsula Crime Investigation Unit have arrested an 18-year-old male from Dromana in connection to a series of commercial burglaries that have occurred across the Mornington Peninsula over the past six months.

Following an extensive investigation, search warrants were executed at two residential addresses in Dromana, leading to the recovery of a significant amount of stolen property linked to the crimes.

The individual has been charged with 42 offences, including burglary, theft, criminal damage, and possession of a drug of dependence.

The accused has been granted bail and is scheduled to appear before the Dromana Magistrates’ Court on 11 February 2025.
