Work on Frankston Foreshore Retaining Wall Halted Following Council Intervention
Construction of an unregistered retaining wall on the Frankston foreshore has been halted by the council after backlash from residents. Property owner Gene Neill defended the works, citing recent landslips. The council is now reviewing the situation.
